Zero-Gap Internal Cam Lock Cutaway

v4 Miniature Closed-Loop "Spring-Eyelet" Kit
Best for tiny parts & miniature toy cars (`10×10×10 mm`). Uses a closed-loop diamond leaf-spring connector pin (`9.0 × 4.6 × 3.2 mm`) with joined tips so thin prongs never snap off. Both blocks print upright in `+Z` without supports and snap together with a 0.0 mm flush seam.
v3 Dual +Z Socket Blocks & Double-Ended Pin
Best for standard `20×20×20 mm` modular blocks. Both blocks feature vertical `+Z` socket holes and print upright without supports, connected by a flat-printed double-ended snap fork pin (`14 × 7.2 × 6.0 mm`) with dual `2.3 mm` keyhole stress-relief cylinders.
v2 Horizontal-Flex Planar Snap Blocks
2-part side-by-side connection (`+X` into `-X`). The fork extends horizontally (`8.0 mm` thick in `Z`) with an embedded `2.6 mm` keyhole relief inside the plug block so filament loops run continuously along the prongs.
v1 Spherical Ball-and-Socket Blocks
Our initial baseline prototype (`20×20×20 mm`). Uses a `7.2 mm` slotted ball plug with a `2.0 mm` stress-relief keyhole and a manifold spherical socket cavity with a top compliance relief slot. Best for resin/SLS or low-stress swivel joints.
