How quickly can JaldiOrder be set up?

Most restaurants are fully live within 24–48 hours of sign-up. We handle setup, configuration, and QR standee delivery.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. Customers simply scan the QR code and the full menu opens in their mobile browser. Zero downloads, zero logins.

Can I update the menu myself?

Yes! The Menu Editor lets you add, edit, hide items, and update photos instantly. Changes go live in real-time.

What happens if my internet goes down?

JaldiOrder is hosted on our cloud servers. As long as you and your customers have any internet connectivity, the system works.

Is there a commission on every order?

Absolutely not. JaldiOrder charges a flat annual fee with zero per-order commissions. Every rupee from your table goes directly to you.

How do I get tech support?

All plans include premium tech support via WhatsApp and email during business hours. Critical issues are handled with priority.
