1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JaldiOrder platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
JaldiOrder provides restaurant management and digital table ordering services. Our platform allows restaurants ("Merchants") to host digital menus and accept orders directly from their customers via QR codes without intermediary commissions.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: Merchants are responsible for ensuring that all menu items, prices, and allergen information are accurate and up-to-date.
- Fulfillment: We do not prepare, handle, or deliver food. The Merchant is solely responsible for fulfilling all orders placed through the platform.
- Compliance: Merchants must operate in compliance with all local food safety, tax, and labor laws.
4. Zero Commission Structure
JaldiOrder operates on a zero-commission model. We charge a flat subscription fee. We do not deduct any percentage from the orders placed by your customers. Any payment gateways you integrate may have their own independent transaction fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, design, graphics, and underlying technology of JaldiOrder are the exclusive property of JaldiOrder Tech Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your restaurant operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JaldiOrder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue or hardware failure.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, governed in Mumbai jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
